You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Condition of returned items

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and the items you want to return. We will send you a free return label.

Return shipping costs

Returns are free. We provide the return shipping label at no cost to you.

We do not charge restocking fees.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show the refund.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
